Monetary gifts: tax deductible monetary donations to the Heart of Oklahoma Council can be made by cash, check, or charge.

Monetary pledges: pledges to the Heart of Oklahoma Council can be made and invoiced monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. Heart of Oklahoma Council also has the capability to process monthly pledges through an ACH withdrawal from your personal or business checking, or savings, account.

Memorial and Honorary Gifts: gifts may be made to the Heart of Oklahoma Council in memory of a loved one who has passed away, in honor of a birthday, the birth of a child, for a wedding, anniversary, or graduation gift. The donor receives an acknowledgement and receipt for his or her tax records, and the contributions are acknowledged to the recipient of the memorial or honorary gift with the amount of the gift omitted from the acknowledgement.

Restricted Monetary Gifts - Scholarships: gifts made to the Scholarship Fund provide funds for children to participate in Camp Fire traditional club programming or attend one of our camps. Funds restricted to Scholarships are deposited and held in a special account until funds are needed to sponsor a child. If donating by check, please indicate on the check "Scholarship Fund Restricted" so that the proper account receives the donation.

Restricted Monetary Gifts - Council Headquarters: gifts made to the Council Headquarters Fund are held in a special account and are used only for large-scale maintenance projects, buying new equipment, replacing worn out equipment, furniture, carpet, etc. The Board of Directors sets the policy for whether or not a repair or purchase meets the criteria to use the restricted funds in this account. If donating by check, please indicate on the check "Council Headquarters Restricted Account".

Restricted Monetary Gifts - Camp DaKaNi: gifts made to the Camp DaKaNi Fund are held in a special account for Camp DaKaNi and are used only for large-scale maintenance projects, buying new equipment, replacing worn out equipment, furniture, carpet, etc. The Board of Directors sets the policy for whether or not a repair or purchase meets the criteria to use the restricted funds in this account. If donating by check, please indicate on the check "Camp DaKaNi Restricted Account".

Restricted Monetary Gifts - Camp Cimarron: all monetary gifts to Camp Cimarron are held in the Camp Cimarron Fund account. These funds will be used to rebuild the camp. If donating by check, please indicate on the check "Camp Cimarron Restricted Account".

Restricted Monetary Gifts - Perry: gifts made to the Perry Regional Council are held in an account specific to Perry's needs, excluding salary and office expenses. If donating by check, please indicate on the check "Perry Restricted Account". Should you choose to donate to Camp Tan Da Ko specifically, please note that on your check as well.

Restricted Monetary Gifts - Ada: gifts made to the Ada Regional Council are held in an account specific to Ada's needs, excluding salary and office expenses. If donating by check, please indicate on the check "Ada Restricted Account". Should you choose to donate to Camp Da Wa Si specifically, please note that on your check as well.

Restricted Monetary Gifts - Ardmore: gifts made to the Ardmore Regional Council are held in an account specific to Ardmore's needs, excluding salary and office expenses. If donating by check, please indicate on the check "Ardmore Restricted Account".

Restricted Monetary Gifts - Duncan: gifts made to the Duncan Regional Council are held in an account specific to Duncan's needs, excluding salary and office expenses. If donating by check, please indicate on the check "Duncan Restricted Account".
